You acknowledge and agree that Spanx Management Pty Ltd owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all intellectual property rights. You agree not to copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Services or any part thereof, unless this is expressly permitted or required by law.

Acceptable Use

User Content

Termination

Spanx Management Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, a breach of these Terms.

Changes to the Terms

Spanx Management Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, Spanx Management Pty Ltd will make a new copy of the Terms available at the Website. Your continued use of the Services will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.

Miscellaneous

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Australia and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia in relation to any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
